Allen Dwayne Smith, infant son of Allen Dewayne Perkins and Tanya Lynn Smith of Morgantown died Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
Surviving in addition to his parents, are his maternal grandparents, Mark and Joyce Smith of Littleton; maternal great-grandmother, Betty Sellers of Waynesburg, PA; paternal grandfather, Allen Dwayne Perkins of Morgantown; paternal great-grandparents, Ronald and Shirley Perkins of Morgantown; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A graveside service was held on August 18, 2013 at 3:00 PM at the Rice Ridge Cemetery near Littleton with Pastor Roger Greathouse, Jr. officiating.
The Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred is in charge of arrangements.
