Arvel J. Babe, 86, of Proctor, WV died Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at his residence.
He was born May 26, 1922 at Proctor, WV a son of the late Albert J. Babe and Vesta Price Babe.
Arvel was a farmer and formerly attended the Proctor Christian Church.
Surviving are his cousin, June Taylor of Hundred.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Herbert Babe.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Monday at the Antioch Cemetery at Proctor, WV with the Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating.
The Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred is in charge of arrangements.
