AUSTIN LANE SUMMERS

Austin Lane Summers, 21, of Baxter, WV died December 30, 2021.

He was born January 31, 2000 in Morgantown, a son of Delbert Summers Jr. of Baxter and Terri Dille Summers of Core.

Mr. Summers worked as a carpenter and a handyman.  He loved riding 4-wheelers and motorcycles, hunting, and fishing.  He was a typical boy and also had a love for animals.

Surviving in addition to his parents is one brother, Tucker Summers and a sister, Olivia Summers, both of Core; his maternal grandparents, Lester and Margaret Dille of Core and paternal grandparents, Delbert and Donna Summers of Baxter; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville from 6-8 PM on Thursday.

Cremation will take place after the visitation period.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Marion County Human Society, 2731 Locust Avenue, Fairmont, WV  26554.
