Barabara was a wonderful friend and co worker for a time. We even road to work together and had many happy times when we commuted to Short Line School. I also have fond memories of attending Solid Rock Baptist with Barbara. She was a sweet Christian lady and friend. She will be greatly missed. Bless you Gary.
So sorry for the loss of Barbara. She and the Day family are often in my prayers and thoughts from when we were kids.
Barbara was a special friend and classmate. From grade school through high school Barbara was always cheerful, generous and kind. Her smile was infectious. She will be missed but her many talents will continue in the lives of her students. Our thoughts are with you Gary and you will always have a place in Clarke County, Virginia.
We knew Barbara when she taught in Clarke County. She was our neighbor at the Cavalier Apartments. So much fun!

My condolences to Barbara's family. I would contact Barbara over many years to purchase baby afghans which she'd make and then send to me in Virginia. I gave them to friends for many years when they were expecting, many of whom still have them in their families. She made me roughly 75 to 100 which were donated to the Dr. Laura show many years ago which were added to comfort packages given to kids going through the court system, foster system, with difficult family situations. I still have a couple of her baby afghans. She was always so pleasant and friendly. Her afghans were beautiful. I was just wondering about her this morning and googled her name to see that she had passed away. May she rest in peace and I hope her family and friends are finding comfort in their memories of her. It was a pleasure to know her.
Gary so sorry for your loss.may g God give you the strength to hold on.
