Beulah Romaine Powers Marshall, born on December 25, 1922 at Enterprise, WV, passed away on September 14, 2009 at her home in Littleton, WV after a long illness.

She was the second daughter born to Frank and Alcinda Powers, who preceded her in death.

Her husband, Carl B. Marshall, Sr. of 67 years, resides in the Littleton area. Her son and daughter-in-law, Carl B. Marshall, Jr and his wife Sharon Marshall reside nearby. Her daughter, Cathy L. Abrecht, resides in the Hagerstown, MD. Beulah was the loving grandparent of two grandsons, John T. Marshall and wife; Shawn M. Abrecht, and four granddaughters, Wendy Wolfrey and husband, Stacey Farley, Aimee Abrecht, and Shannon Abrecht. In addition she has six great-grandsons and five great-granddaughters. Also surviving is one sister, June K. Castleberry, who resides in Jackson, TN.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Eugene Powers.

Also, surviving are many nephews, nieces, brothers and sisters in Christ, friends and neighbors who will miss her greatly. She was a faithful member of the Littleton Church of Christ.

Mrs. Marshall retired from the Veterans Administration Hospital in Perry Point, MD in 1975.

Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred, WV (304-775-2555) from 6-8 PM Friday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 2:00 PM Saturday with the Evangelist Steve Stevens and Evangelist Bill Longwell officiating. Interment will follow in the Strosnider-Lemley-Yost Cemetery near Littleton.
