BRENDA JOYCE TOWNS
Brenda Joyce Price Stover Towns, 81, of Cassville, WV died Friday, September 11, 2026 in the Morgantown Heights Nursing Facility in Morgantown.
She was born January 25, 1945 at Fairmont, a daughter of the late Clarence David Price and Indiana Cross Price.
Brenda worked as a housekeeper for several hotels in the Morgantown area. She was a member of the Highland Methodist Church.
Surviving is her husband, Johnie Towns; three sons, Randy Stover, Brian Stover, and Christopher Stover; one daughter, Tina Iannitti; two step-children, Tammy Sigley and Tim Towns; nineteen grandchildren; twenty-nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers, James Price, Jesse Price, Charles Price, Ronnie Price, and Wesley Price; four sisters, Imogene Chisler, Betty Price, Darlene Price, and Freda Stiles; one daughter, Tamera Keller; and two step-sons, Scott Towns and Todd Towns.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home, 5894 Mason-Dixon Highway, Blacksville, WV from 4:00PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, September 14, 2026. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM Tuesday with Pastor Randy Taylor and Pastor Chris Gillespie officiating. Interment will follow in the Halleck Cemetery near Morgantown.
