Carol Lee Hixenbaugh, 75, of Blacksville, WV died Saturday, November 18, 2017 in the Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born October 24, 1942 at Blacksville, a daughter of the late Walter “Bud” Copeland and Lieuella Walls Copeland.
Mrs. Hixenbaugh was a member of the Jakes Run Assembly of God.
Surviving are one son & his wife, Troy and Debbie Hixenbaugh of Petersburg, WV and daughter Stacy and her husband Randy Rodeheaver of Blacksville; five grandchildren, Felicia & Thomas White, Tonda & Samuel Winebrenner, Alexis & Danny Howell, Chris & Stephanie Rodeheaver, and Matthew & Heather Rodeheaver; ten great-grandchildren, Nikita, Bryson, Bristol, Greyson, Hailey, Benjamin, Shaun, Thomas, Skylar, and Troy.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Walter Hixenbaugh, and three brothers and three sisters.
Friends may call at the Jakes Run Assembly of God from 6-8 PM Tuesday.Funeral services will be held in the church at 11:00 AM Wednesday with Pastor Rob Bennett officiating.Interment will follow in the Blacksville Cemetery.
