CATHERINE LOUISE BURTON

          Catherine Louise Burton, 86, of Hundred, WV died Monday, January 24, 2022 in the Genesis Health Care Center in New Martinsville.

          She was born February 15, 1935 at Mt. Pleasant, PA, a daughter of the late Herbert Henry Hough and Arabelle Davis Hough.

          Catherine worked most of her life as a waitress.

          Surviving is her daughter, Anna Pearl Drass, who also is a resident of the Genesis Health Care Center in New Martinsville.  In fact, Anna and her mother have shared the same room for nearly 4 years.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Burton.

          At the request of the deceased her body will be cremated.

          The Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred is in charge of arrangements.
