Crystal Derby

Crystal Derby, 45, of Littleton, WV died Saturday, September 19, 2009 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

She was born October 9, 1963 at Waynesburg, PA, a daughter of Betty Durbin Sellers of Waynesburg, PA and the late John Sellers.

Crystal was currently working as a health care provider for Green ARC of Waynesburg. She had worked for various people in the area as a health care provider.

She attended both the Littleton Church of God and the Rice Ridge Community Church.

Surviving are four daughters, Michelle Villers of Littleton, Melissa Horner of Deep Valley, PA, Amanda Villers of Hundred, and Sarah Villers of Morgantown; four sisters, Carol Cain of Waynesburg, PA, Harriett Sellers of Waynesburg, PA, Joyce Smith of Littleton, and Mary Phillips of Holbrook, PA; and two grandchildren, Katelynn Horner and Jayden Saltsman.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Wayne Derby, who died in the same accident and a brother and a sister who died as infants.

Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 6-9 PM Tuesday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 PM Wednesday with the Pastor Roger Greathouse officiating. Interment will follow in the Rice Ridge Cemetery near Littleton.
