Darlene J. Watson, 73, of Hundred, WV died Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.

            She was born May 11, 1944 at Martins Ferry, OH, a daughter of the late John Hockenberry and Mary Ann Blukins Hockenberry.

            Darlene worked in the dietary department of a hospital for many years.  She was a member of the VFW Post #4811 Ladies Auxillary in Yorkville, OH.

            Surviving is her fiance’, Terry Watson; two step-sons, Tim Greaver of New Cumberland, and Raymond Greaver of Shinnston; one step-daughter, Cheryl Greaver of Parsons; two brothers, Jim Hockenberry of Yorkville, OH and Bill Hockenberry of Cleveland, OH; five grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

            In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers, John, Rich, and Frank Hockenberry.

            Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home, 2678 Hornet Highway, Hundred, WV from 6-8 PM Thursday.  Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 PM Friday with Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating.  Interment will follow in the Moore Cemetery near Wileyville.
