David H. "Howdy" Aberegg, 77, of Burton, WV died Tuesday, July 10, 2007 in the Cameron Continuous Care Center in Cameron.
He was born December 16, 1929 at Rice Ridge a son of the late David Aberegg and Ila Kuhens Aberegg Wise.
Howdy was a retired utility construction worker. He was a veteran of the United States Army having served in the Korean War and he was a member of the Hundred Church of Christ.
Surviving are one brother and sister-in-law, Neil and Hazel Aberegg of Hundred, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, James A. Aberegg and Carl Aberegg; and five sisters, Louise Barnhart, Ilene Tedrow, Katherine Joiner, June Tustin, and Joyce Rinke.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 7-9 PM Friday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 PM Saturday with the Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating. Interment will follow in the Rice Ridge Cemetery.
