Dexter Lee Walls, 50, of Blacksville died February 28, 2012 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born June 22, 1961 at Morgantown, a son of the late Oakie Walls and Rosalie Alice Statler Walls.
Surviving are one son, Devon Walls, of Morgantown; two daughters, Elizabeth Walls of Waynesburg, PA and Tabitha Walls of Rutan, PA; three brothers and their spouses, Denzil and Mary Walls, Donzel and Jayne Walls, and Delmer and Suzanne Walls; three grandchildren, Mercedez, Kyler, and Prestyn; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother and his wife, Delbert and Wilma Walls, and one sister, Donna Walls.
Dexter was a father, grandfather, and known to many members of the Morgantown-Fairmont area as the "Junk Man". He attended Clay-Battelle High School. He always had a smile and a joke ready to tell, and never met a stranger. He was always there for his friends and family in the time of need.

Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville from 6-9 PM Friday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM Saturday with Pastor Steve Edwards officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Luke Cemetery at Mooresville.
