JOANNA NESSELROAD

          Joanna Nesselroad, 96, of Morgantown, died Monday February 17, 2020.

          A private graveside service will be held for family members only.  Mrs. Nesselroad will be buried in the Blacksville Cemetery.

          The Owe-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville is in charge of arrangements.
