Edith E. Hudson, 99, of Paden City, WV formerly of Knobfork, died Monday, December 8, 2003 in the New Martinsville Health Care Center in New Martinsville
She was born Febuary 13, 1904 at Littleton, WV a daughter of the late John A. Hunt and Mary E. Knapp Hunt.
Mrs. Hudson was a member of the Hundred Church of Christ and the Hundred Senior Citizens.
Surviving are one daughter & son-in-law, Gerlene & Donnie Hibbs of Paden City, WV; one son and daughter-in-law, Bill & Margaret Jane Hudson of Warren, Ohio; four grandchildren, Tammy Stickler of Barboursville, WV, Brad Hibbs of New Martinsville, WV, Teresa Shreve of New Martinsville, WV, and Debbie Foster of Alliance, Ohio; six great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Fred Hudson; two sisters, Edna Anderson and Ostie Lantz; seven brothers, Clyde Hunt, Harvey Hunt, Wylie Hunt, Harry Hunt, David Hunt, Joseph Hunt, and Berta Hunt.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 1-9 PM Wednesday. Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home at 1 PM Thursday with the evangelist Steve Stevens officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Herman Cemetery at Knob Fork.
