EDMUND PLETCHER
Edmund E. Pletcher, 83, of Burton, WV died Friday, July 11, 2025 in the Cameron Healthcare Center in Cameron, WV.
He was born January 13, 1942 at Somerset, PA, a son of the late Frank Pletcher and Joanna Kathryn Gary Pletcher.
Edmund was a United States Navy Veteran having been stationed in Florida during the Cuban Missel Crisis. He was a retired railroader.
Surviving are three sons, Edmund Pletcher Jr. and his wife Lisa of Burton, Denton Pletcher and his wife Teresa of Burton, and Gregory Pletcher; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, Patricia, Brenda, Olive, Frank, and Larry; and by a great-grandson, Derek Pletcher.
Family and friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home, 2678 Hornet Highway, Hundred, WV from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Monday, July 14, 2025. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday in the funeral home with Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating. Interment will follow in the Yost Cemetery near Earnshaw.
