Edward Thomas "Tom" Allison, 59, of Hundred, WV died Saturday, July 23, 2011 in the Heartland of Clarksburg nursing facility.

Tom was born February 8, 1952 in Glen Dale, WV, a son of the late James C. Allison and Chloris M. Wise Allison.

He was a retired railroader and a graduate of Hundred High School.

Mr. Allison was a United States Navy Veteran and a member of the Earl Kiger American Legion Post #120 of Hundred.

He was a member of the Hundred Church of Christ.

Surviving him is a daughter and son-in-law, Alesia Renee Allison and her husband Brian Plum of Fairmont; his ex-wife, Brenda Sue Allison of Fairmont; one grandson, Travis Scott Plum; five sisters, Janet Koontz and Diane Hostutler of Hundred, Lorna Briggs of New Martinsville, Pat Oliver of Aurora, IN, and Marilyn Fritch of Cincinnati, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews who called him uncle "Tootie".

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, James C. Allison, Jr. and John Matthew Allison.

Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 6-9 PM Monday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM Tuesday with the Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating. Interment will follow in the Thomas Cemetery at Ned, PA.
