Eileen Littell, 74, of Wileyville, WV died Monday, February 20, 2012 in the New Martinsville Health Care Center in New Martinsville.
She was born June 1, 1937 at Sistersville, a daughter of the late Brady Broughman and Myrtle Markley Broughman.
Mrs. Littell was a homemaker and a former member of the Crossroads Homemakers Club.
She was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church at Knob Fork.
Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Joseph R. Littell Jr and his wife Amy of Friendly; one daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Butch Anderson of Sistersville; two brothers, Don Broughman and Nelson Broughman, both of Sistersville; two sisters, Norma Belvin of Akron, OH and Nancy Fluharty of New Martinsville; six grandchildren, Bethany Littell, Garrett Littell, Luke Drennen, Mahala Stanaland, David Hamilton, and Daniel Hamilton; and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph R. Littell, and two brothers, Bill Broughman and James Broughman who died as an infant.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 6-9 PM Wednesday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM Thursday with Pastor Dale Hostuttler officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery at Knob Fork.
