ERIN BUTCHER
Erin Elizabeth Butcher, 46, of Daybrook, died Wednesday, February 11, 2026 in Connellsville, PA.
She was born December 29, 1979 in Morgantown, WV, a daughter of Georgia Ellen Tennant Butcher and the late Richard D. Butcher, Sr.
Ms. Butcher was a homemaker.
Surviving is one daughter, Kassidy Butcher of Blacksville, WV; two sons, Jesse McBride of Daybrook, and Jonathan McBride, also of Daybrook; her companion, Michael McBride; two brothers, Henry Butcher and his wife Shelby of Connellsville, PA and Jonathan Butcher and his wife Beth of Virginia Beach, VA; two sisters, Christina Lambert and her husband Ronald of Daybrook, and Melissa Locklar and her husband Jon of Morgantown; one granddaughter, Amelia Jade Criner; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard D. Butcher, II and Jesse Butcher.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home, 5894 Mason-Dixon Highway, Blacksville, WV from 4:00 to 8:00 PM on Monday, February 16, 2026. Funeral services will be held In the funeral home at 11:00 AM Tuesday with Rev. Freddie Eddy, II officiating. Interment will follow in the Tennant Cemetery at Daybrook.
