Eva Ganell Tennant, 87, of Amherst, Ohio and Charleroi, PA; formerly of Daybrook, died Sunday, October 9, 2005 in Amherst, Ohio.
She was born January 11, 1918 near Wadestown, the daughter of the late Ezra Price and Liza Jane Michael Price.
Mrs. Tennant was a homemaker and a member of the Daybrook Church of Christ.
She is survived by one son, Bernard Lewis Tennant of Charleroi, PA; one daughter, Beulah Farley of Amherst, Ohio; two brothers, Ralph Price of #9 Community, Farmington, WV, and Raymond Price of Jacksonville, Mississippi; seven grandchildren and nine-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Floyd Tennant, who died on January 24, 1985; seven brothers, and two sisters.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville from 7-9 PM Wednesday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 Thursday with the Evangelist Steve Stevens officating. Interment will follow in the St. Luke Cemetery at Mooresville.
