Evelyn Price, 82, of Mannington, WV died Monday, January 25, 2016 at her residence.
She was born September 20, 1933 at Punxsutawney, PA, a daughter of the late Arthur Barnett and Mary Hope Heberling Barnett.
Mrs. Price worked at many jobs during her lifetime.She was a loving homemaker, wife, mom, sister, and grandma.
Evelyn formerly attended the Bula Baptist Church for many years.In recent years she was a member of the First Baptist Church of Mannington.
Surviving are three sons, Edward Madey of Mannington, Thomas Price of Aurora, Ohio, and Kenneth Price of Newbury, Ohio; one daughter Nancy Simione of Green Acres, Florida; four sisters, Sarah, Sharon, Mary, and Grace; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Albert “Bud” Price who died on December 3, 2015; and seven brothers and sisters.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home, 2678 Hornet Highway, Hundred, WV from 6-9 PM Thursday.Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM Friday with Rev. Samuel K. Hibbs, Jr. and Pastor Greg Roth officiating.Interment will follow in the Mannington Cemetery.
