Garold Thomas, 77, of Woodbridge, VA died July 24, 2013.
He was born May 22, 1936 at Jollytown, PA, a son of the late Ralph J. Thomas and Burnette Liming Thomas.
Mr. Thomas was retired from the United States Department of Transportation.
He was a graduate of Clay-Battelle High School in 1954 and also from West Virginia University.
Surviving are two sons and their spouses, Greg and Julie Thomas, and Jeff and Chris Thomas, all of Virginia; two grandchildren, Jack and Kelly Thomas; two sisters, Bernice Crihfield of Hundred and Linda Tennant of Wadestown; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Dennis L. Thomas and Carl Thomas.
A graveside memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at the Wadestown Cemetery at 1:00 PM with the Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating.
The Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred is in charge of local arrangements.
