GEORGIA MARIE AGUES

          Georgia Marie Agues, 93, of Wadestown, WV died Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at her residence.

          She was born August 15, 1932 at Youngstown, Ohio, a daughter of the late Karl Canton and Angela Cmil Canton.

          Mrs. Agues was a retired baker.

          Surviving is one daughter and her husband, Gail Henderson and her husband David of Wadestown; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James V. Agues, who died on March 10, 2025; one son, Kenneth Agues; and two brothers, Raymond Canton and Eugene Canton.

          At the request of the deceased her body will be cremated.

          The Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred is in charge of arrangements.
