Howard Bissett, 82, of Littleton, WV died Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at his residence.
He was born August 23, 1930 at Littleton, a son of the late Ezra Bissett and Mary Blanche Baker Bissett.
Mr. Bissett was a retired grounds person. He worked and retired from Penn Line Service.
He was a member of the Littleton Church of God.
Mr. Bissett faithfully served his country in the United States Army.
Surviving are his wife of 59 years, Juanita Hawkins Bissett; one son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Donna Bissett of Littleton; two daughters and sons-in-law, Deborah and Jim Moore of Wileyville and Annette and Mike Goodrich of Littleton; ten grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Laura Swager and Josephine Swager; and one grandson, Thomas J. Tedrow.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 2-4 & 7-9 PM Thursday. Funeral services will be held in the Littleton Church of God at 1:30 PM Friday with Pastor Dale Hostuttler officiating. Interment will follow in the Anderson-Bethel Cemetery near Littleton.
