Jack L. King, 63, of Wadestown (St Leo Community) died Friday, June 1, 2001 in the Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
He was born April 3, 1938 at St Leo a son of Mary Evelyn Delaney King, a resident of the MonPointe Continuous Care Center in Morgantown and the late Harry M. "Buster" King.
Mr. King was a retired electrician and a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union 0596 of Clarksburg.He was a member of the IOOF Crusader Lodge of Wadestown, the Wadestown United Methodist Church, the Mannington Moose Lodge, and a United States Army Veteran who served in the 82nd Airborne.
Surviving are two daughters and spouses, Marguerite "Charlie" Temple and fiance Dale Eddy of Waynesburg, PA and Tami and John Milush of Wadestown; one brother and spouse, John and Jody King of Wadestown; his ex-wife, Margaret "Peggy" Copeland of Wadestown; four grandchildren, Joshua, Kylie, and Megan Temple, and Nikki Moore; four nephews and two nieces.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Billy E. King.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred, WV from 2-4 and 7-9 PMSunday.Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 PM Mondaywith the Pastor Tim Brower officiating.Interment will follow in the Wadestown Cemetery.
