James R. Sizemore, 66, of Knob Fork, WV died Sunday, November 23, 2008 at his residence.
He was born November 14, 1942 at Mead, WV, a son of the late Alva Sizemore and Hazel Stoneman Sizemore.
Jim was a retired truck driver and a member of the Hundred Church of Christ.
Surviving are his wife, Donna Kyle Sizemore; four sons and their spouses, Andy and Kim Sizemore, of Hundred, Larry and Amy Sizemore of Rising Sun, MD, James R. Jr and Tawny Sizemore of New Martinsville, and Alvin and Gay Sizemore of Elkton, MD; one daughter, Tonya Sizemore of Rising Sun, MD; a son-in-law, Eddie Schaffner of Denton, MD; two brothers, Ronnie Sizemore of Trenton, NJ and Robert "Flap" Sizemore of Orange, TX; two sisters, June Smith of Steubenville, OH and Bonnie Page of Elkton, MD; fifteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Angela Schaffner; and two sisters, Norma Pilkington and Shirley Williamson.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 2-4 & 7-9 PM Tuesday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM Wednesday with the Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating. Interment will follow in the Carney Cemetery at Knob Fork.
