Jay Albert Sayre, Jr., 56 of Morgantown, died Sunday, July 9, 2017 in the Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown.
He was born June 10, 1961 at Morgantown, a son of Ricki Dawn Knotts Sayre of Morgantown and the late Jay Albert Sayre.
Jay worked as a laborer in the glass factory in Morgantown.
Surviving are one daughter, Stephanie Nicole Sayre of Morgantown; one son, Collin Williams of Morgantown; three sisters, Dawn Phillips of Virginia Beach, VA, Angela Grose of Moundsville, and Mindi McDonald of Morgantown, and one grandson, Parker Hartley.
At the request of the deceased his body will be cremated.
The Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville is in charge of arrangements.
