John C. Booth, 67, of Littleton, WV died Saturday, June 20, 2009 in the Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.

He was born May 30, 1942 on Sugar Run Road near Littleton, a son of the late Lee C. Booth and Mabel Haught Booth.

Mr. Booth was a retired chemical worker having worked for PPG Industries for 34 1/2 years. He was a United States Army veteran and a member of the Mountaineer Hunting Club. He was protestant by faith.

Surviving are his wife, Genevieve Greathouse Booth; one son and his fiance', Bud Booth and Stacy Ovies of Moundsville; two daughters and a son-in-law, Leigh Ann Booth and Gina and Tom Gorby, all of Hundred; two sisters, Mary Ellen Lockhart of Hartville, OH and Monna Fletcher of St. Louis, MO; and three grandchildren, Felicia Kimble, Brandon Kimble, and Jesse Gorby.

All services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in the East View Cemetery near Hundred.

The Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred is in charge of arrangements.
