Johnella Goddard, 39, of Spraggs, PA died Saturday, January 23, 2016 at her residence.

She was born October 22, 1977 at Waynesburg, PA, a daughter of the late Willis M. Wise and Betty Jean Phillips Wise.

Ms. Goddard was a homemaker.

Surviving are her fiancé Robert “Bob” Monselle; three sons, Austin Wise of Carmichaels, PA, Jacob Wise of Orrville, Ohio, Albert Goddard, Jr. of Spraggs, PA; one daughter, Jolee Wise of Spraggs, PA; one brother, Joel Wise of Spraggs, PA; two sisters, Dawn Woodring and Lynn Woodring, both of Altoona, PA; and several nieces and nephews, which includes Latisha Woodring.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Jeana Fletcher.

Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home, 5894 Mason-Dixon Highway, Blacksville, WV from 5-7 PM on Friday, February 5, 2016. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM with Pastor Kevin Arcola officiating.
