Joseph A. Tuttle, 65, of Wana, died Tuesday, February 7, 2017 in the Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown.
He was born June 7, 1951 at Fairmont, a son of the late Glenn E. Tuttle and Bena M. Gruschaw Tuttle.
Joe was a retired coal miner who worked at the Federal #2 mine for Peabody Coal Company.
Surviving are his wife, Jean Philby Tuttle; one son & daughter-in-law, David Alan and Summer Tuttle of Bridgeport; one daughter & son-in-law, Tonya Murray and her husband John of Morgantown; two brothers and spouses, David & Barb Tuttle of Plantersville, TX and Timothy & Donna Tuttle of Wana; two half-sisters, Naomi & Marvin Lemley of Fairmont and Alberta & Frank Suplita of Cleveland, Ohio; and four grandchildren, Ryan, Parker, & Garrett Tuttle and Riley Murray.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home, 5894 Mason-Dixon Highway, Blacksville, WV from4-8 PM Friday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 8:00 PM Friday with Rev. Rose Saunders officiating.
Following the services Joe has chosen cremation as his method of final disposition
