dJUDY STONEKING

          Judy Garland Stoneking, 76, of Cameron, WV passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 23, 2019 after her 6-year fight of illness.  She was born December 12, 1942.

          She was proceeded in death by her husband and best friend of 54 years, George Washington Stoneking, Sr., Grandson Cody Bayles, Mother Bertha Van Orsdale, her Granny, and many aunts and cousins.

          She is survived by her six children, Mark and Holly Stoneking of Glen Easton, WV, Susan and Duncan “Buck” Arnett of Moundsville, WV, Jon and Melissa Stoneking of Cameron, WV, GeorgeAnna and Robert “Hank” Henry of Kensington, OH, George Jr and Alicia Stoneking of Moundsville, WV and Judy and David Palmer of Shinnston, WV; sixteen grandchildren, Steven Stoneking, Stace and Holly Rice of Moundsville, Gina Murphy and her husband William “Bill” of Moundsville, Brenda Klarr and her husband Jim of Bellaire, OH, Teresa Holden of Moundsville, WV, Jesse Stoneking and Alyse Davidson of Cameron, WV, Jenna and Lawrence Henry of Moundsville, WV, Katelin Bayles and Trey Scott of Cameron, Robert and his wife Patricia Henry of Glen Easton, WV, Sarah and her husband Robert Minor of Salem, OH, Xavier, Jayden, Royale, and Grace-Lynn of Moundsville, WV, Jason Wagner and his wife Kelci of Wyatt, WV, Morgan and her husband Andrew Baker of Wyatt, WV; eighteen great-grandchildren, Coulton, Breighanna, Izaiah, Wiley Jr., Aleese, Jaeda, Marley, Hunter, Kai, EllaMay, Trenton, Brooklyn, Weston, Preston, Angelina, Thomas, Allyson, and Jebediah.

          Judy was a member of the First Brethren Church of Cameron, WV.  Not only was Judy loved by her large family but also by her many friends in the community of Cameron.  Judy loved to color and make crafts especially with her grandchildren, and she especially enjoyed cooking everyone their favorite meal and had a smile on her face when she saw the white of her family’s eyes.

          The family will receive friends, Tuesday, November 26, 2019 from 1 to 3:00 PM at the First Brethren Church.  The service will be held at 3:00 in the First Brethren Church, 119 Pennsylvania Avenue, Cameron, WV  26033 with Pastor David McCombs officiating.

          Burial will be with the family at their discretion following cremation.

          In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the First Brethren Church in Judy’s honor.

Sister Judy has been a friend for many years. She will be missed but I feel she is with her Lord and Savior and waiting on those she loved .
