Larry R. Yost, 66, of Burton, WV died Thursday, October 21, 2010 in the Sundale Nursing Home in Morgantown.
He was born April 6, 1944 in Wheeling, WV, a son of the late Michael B. Yost and Mary Lillian Kiger Yost.
Larry was a lifelong resident of Burton. He was disabled and his love was to talk on the telephone daily to his many friends and relatives.
Surviving are one brother, Michael Yost of Seneca Rocks; three sisters, Margie Chisler of Daybrook, Peggy Williams of New Cumberland and Pauline Williams of Ocala, Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by three brothers, Jack Yost, Bernard Yost, and Robert Yost; and his step-mother, Settie Yost.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Sundale Nursing Home for the care and compassion extended to Larry during his stay there.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 6-8 PM Saturday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1:30 PM Sunday with the Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating. Interment will follow in the Harmony Cemetery at Burton.
