LILY WILLARD

            Lily Viola Willard, 73, of Pentress, WV died Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at her residence.

            She was born July 14, 1945 at Pursglove, a daughter of the late Byrns Pennington and Stella McCune Pennington.

            Mrs. Willard was a homemaker.

            Surviving is her husband, Joe Willard; two sons, Tracey Willard and Todd Willard both of Pentress, two daughters, Bobbie Jo Collins of Morgantown and Kandyce Bittinger of Fairmont; two brothers, Buck Pennington of Morgantown and Doug Pennington of Pentress; two sisters, Charlotte Switzer of Fairview and Shirley Cole of Wadestown; ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

            In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Pennington and one sister, Gracie Yost.

            At the request of the deceased her body will be cremated.  There will not be any public services.

            The Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville is in charge of arrangements.
