Lori Ann Tennant, 45, of Mooresville Community, Core, WV died Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born June 16, 1970 in Morgantown, a daughter of Albert Jones and Carolyn Wise Jones of Mooresville.
Mrs. Tennant formerly worked as a janitor for the Monongalia County Board of Education. She was a member of the Mooresville Farm Women’s Club and she was a member of the Mooresville Church of Christ.
Surviving in addition to her parents is her husband Roy Tennant, whom she married on June 17, 1989; one son, David Tennant of Mooresville; one daughter, Elizabeth Ann Tennant of Mooresville; two sisters and their husbands, Donna Normington and her husband Steve of Mesa, Arizona and Marcy Rinehart and her husband George of Core; her maternal grandfather, Carl E. Wise of Westover; and two nephews, Derrick Walls and Andrew Walls and is wife Robin.
Lori was preceded in death by a brother, Allen Wise; her maternal grandmother, Dorothy Wise; and by her paternal grandparents, Fred and Roxie Jones.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home, 5894 Mason-Dixon Highway, Blacksville, WV from 2-4 & 7-9 PM Tuesday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM Wednesday with Evangelist Nick Dieger and Evangelist Mark Jones officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Luke Cemetery at Mooresville.
