LUCILLE C JOHNSON

          Lucille C. Johnson, 93, of Cassville, died Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Mon Health Medical Center.

          She was born April 23, 1928, in Core, the daughter of the late George M. and Mary Moore Statler. 

          Lucille is survived by son Allen Johnson and wife Marsha of Cassville; one daughter Marcia Vannoy and husband Michael of Pursglove; one brother, John R. Statler of Wadestown; her caregiver and companion, Gary Poling of Cassville; five grandchildren, Angel, Christa (Justin), Shane (Valerie), Shannon (Nathan), Travis (Amber), and six great-grandchildren, Harley (Jacquelyn), Seth, Austin, Catey, Wyatt, Carter, and her two doggies, Smokey and Queenie.

          She was preceded in death by eleven siblings.

          Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home, 5894 Mason-Dixon Highway, Blacksville, from 5-8 PM on Friday.  Services will be at 10:00 AM Saturday with Pastor Treg Spiecer officiating.

          Interment will follow in the St. Luke Cemetery at Mooresville.
