MARGARET FLYNN

            Margaret Sue Flynn, 78, of Brave, PA died Wednesday, September 26, 2018 in the Rolling Meadows Nursing Home in Waynesburg, PA.

            She was born September 29, 1939 at Kuhntown, PA, a daughter of the late Raymond Gump and Amanda Ellen Williams Gump.

            Mrs. Flynn was a retired coal miner.  She worked at the Federal #2 mine on Miracle Run for 27 years and ran a main line motor.

            She was a member of the Daybrook Church of Christ.

            Surviving are two sons, Jimmie Flynn of Brave, PA and Aaron VanTassell of Cameron; three daughters Kelly Tedrow and her husband Robert of Waynesburg, PA, Sherry Flynn of Westover, and Amber VanTassell of Bula; one brother and his wife, Jack Gump and wife Sandy of Valpairsao, Indiana; one sister and her husband, Patricia VanTassell and husband Richard of Millington, Tennessee; and twelve grandchildren.

            In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her companion Charles Baker and a sister and brother who both died as infants.

            Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Saturday.  Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 8:00 PM.
