NEIL C. NORRIS
Neil Clinton Norris, 88, of Windy Ridge Road, Littleton, WV died Saturday, May 12, 2018 of injuries sustained in an ATV accident.
Mr. Norris was born January 5, 1930 at Wheat, WV, a son of the late Howard Clinton Norris and Ulah Sapp Norris.
Neil was a retired truck driver and a veteran of the United States Army.
He was a member of the Long Valley Church of Christ.
Surviving are his wife, Shelby Huggins Norris; two sons, James Norris of West Union and Matthew Norris of Virginia; four daughters, Karen Joseph of Wheeling, Leanne Minick of New Bern, NC, Kathryn Roberts of Gallatin, TN, and Shirley Roberts of New Martinsville; six siblings, Rona Grimm, Drane Norris, Karolyn Brown, Blaine Norris, Sharyn Utt, and Bill Norris; fourteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a grandson, Joshua Dakan; and siblings, Grady Norris, Meryl Utt, Sandra McBee, Gregory Norris, and Rudyard K. Norris.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home, 2678 Hornet Highway, Hundred, WV from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Monday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM Tuesday with Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating. Interment will follow in the Long Valley Cemetery near Wileyville.
