Norma Jean Foley, 79, of Blacksville, WV died Sunday, December 5, 2004 in the Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born June 15, 1925 at Daybrook, a daughter of the late Paul E. McCoy and Mary D. Acklin McCoy.
Mrs. Foley was a homemaker.
Surviving are three daughters, Deanna Brookover and Sharon Eddy, both of Brave, PA, and Janet Ellis of Spraggs, PA; one brother, Davie McCoy of Daybrook; one sister, Katheryn Gum of Wellington, Ohio; eleven grand children and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Francis R. "Frank" Foley who died on February 3, 1994, the couple was married on August 25, 1945; and one brother, Danny K. "Peanut" McCoy.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville from 2-4 & 7-9 Tuesday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 PM Wednesday with the Rev. Kathy Higgins officiating. Interment will follow in the Phillips Cemetery at Spraggs, PA.
