Pamela Smith, 58, of Jakes Run, died Monday June 17, 2013 in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born November 21, 1954, a daughter of Bonita Irene Graves Toothman of Mannington and the late Willard Nelson "Jack" McVicker.
Pamela formerly attended the Mannington Church of the Nazarene.
Surviving in addition to her mother are two sons and their spouses, Stacy Smith of Paden City, and Matthew and Melinda Smith of Jakes Run; one brother and spouse, Rod and Sharon McVicker of Jakes Run; a niece and her husband, Sheena and George Carpenter of Jakes Run; and two great-nieces, Chyanne & Harley.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by a nephew Levi McVicker and by a son Jeffrey Smith.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville from 6-9 PM Wednesday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM Thursday with Evangelist Robert Barcroft officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Luke Cemetery at Mooresville.
