Pastor Timothy L. Brower, 63, of Wadestown, WV was called home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 15, 2008 at his residence with his loving family at his side.
He was born June 12, 1945 at Holland, MI, a son of the late Arthur J. Brower and Evelyn Lundquist Brower.
"Pastor Tim", of the Truth Assembly Chapel, as so many affectionately called him, served as a Minister to the Wadestown and Hundred communities for the past 18 years. He was a well known and beloved friend to countless people outside those communities as well, having comforted and supported so many families in times of need over the years.
Tim was a devoted husband of 43 years, a wonderful father, and a proud grandfather.
Surviving are his wife, Beverly Stewart Brower; a son Troy and his wife Darlene, and their children, Samuel and Andrew Brower of Mannington; a daughter, Tracy and her husband Rob, and their children Corey and Darren Worobi of South Lyon, MI; a daughter Tara and her husband Craig, and their children Ciara, Canon, and Caleb Fancher of Fairmont,WV; a son Michael and his wife Jill, and their children, Jill, Reid, and Zoe Brower of Garden City, MI; his mother-in-law, Helen Welch of Fairmont; a sister-in-law, Carolyn Stewart of Clarksburg; four brothers, Pastor David Brower of Brazil, James Brower of Arizona, Steve Brower of Georgia, Michael Brower of North Carolina; and two sisters, Priscilla Miller of Ohio and Elizabeth Bruxvoort of Alaska.
Friends may call at the Truth Assembly Chapel near Wadestown from 2-9 PM Sunday. Funeral services will be held in the church at 11:00 AM Monday with the Pastor Bobby Lowther officiating. Interment will follow in the Wadestown Cemetery.
