Pearl White, 75, of Knob Fork, died Thursday, April 7, 2011 in the Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown surrounded by her family and friends.
She was born October 29, 1935 at Rymer, Marion County, a daughter of the late Carl Hostuttler and Lucy O. Sapp Hostuttler.
A loving and devoted wife and mother, she is survived by her husband of 58 years, Charles Junior White; four sons and their spouses, Rick and Sheila White of Knob Fork, David and Lana White of Knob Fork, Timothy and Linda White of Littleton, and Steven and Melissa White of Knob Fork; three daughters, Connie Stewart, a resident of the Sistersville Center Nursing Home, Kathy Mace of Knob Fork, and Dianna Rice of Knob Fork; four brothers and their spouses, Ray and Janice Hostuttler, Ronnie Hostuttler, Junior Hostuttler, and Homer and Patty Hostuttler, all of Knob Fork; one sister, Phyllis Riggs of Mannington; twenty-one grandchildren, and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Shirley Hostuttler and Francis Gibbons; and one granddaughter, Deanna White.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 6-9 PM Saturday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1:30 PM Sunday with the Pastor Dale Hostuttler officiating. Interment will follow in the Moore Cemetery.
