Raymond R Robey, 94, of Bula, WV died Thursday, July 5, 2007 in the Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown.
He was born June 22, 1913 at Mannington, WV, a son of the late Rev. Homer Robey and Myrtle Cordray Robey.
Raymond was a retired Monongalia County School bus driver. He retired with more than 30 years of service. He was a 1931 graduate of Mannington High School and was a part time rural mail carrier.
He was a member of the West Warren Baptist Church of Wadestown and a 40 year member of the Crusader IOOF Lodge #422 of Wadestown.
Surviving are his wife, Jeannette Steel Robey, whom he married on August 18, 1970; one step-son, Garry Kerr of Morgantown; two step-daughters, Janet Sanders of Bula and Karen Miller of Wadestown; one sister, Edith Hall, a resident of the Wishing Well Manor in Fairmont; three step-grandchildren, Adam Miller, Sonya Miller, and Brandon Sanders.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Howard Robey and Glenn Robey; and two sisters, Emma Prunty and Frances Thomas.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 2-4 & 7-9 PM Friday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 PM Saturday with the Pastor Jack Snoderly and Rev. Rose Saunders officiating. Interment will follow in the Wadestown Cemetery.

The Crusader Lodge of the IOOF will conduct a memorial service in the funeral home at 7:30 PM Friday.
