Richelle A "Ricki" Redmond, 35, of Baltimore, MD (formerly of Fairmont) died Friday, July 14, 2006 in the John Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Baltimore, MD.
She was born January 18, 1971 in Morgantown.
Ricki attended Fairmont Senior High School and graduated high school in Wheeling, WV. She enjoyed writing poetry since she was in her teens.
She is survived by her parents, Janet Sole Paige and James C. Paige of Fairmont. She is also survived by her two children, Makelle Paige and Aaron Paige, who she always referred to as her two angels, and to whom she entrusted their care to her parents; four brothers and their spouses; Keith Redmond of Bowling Green, Florida, Nick and Erica "Rhoades" Pasquale, stationed with the United States Army in Germany and their children, Angela and Tyler Pasquale; Michael and Chuck Paige, both of Fairmont; one sister and her husband, Dawn "Pasquale" Varner and her husband, Matthew, of Largo, Florida and their children, Brandon, Brianna, Caden, and Jacob Varner; her maternal grandfather, Harold Melvin Sole of Fairmont; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Mary Ruth Berry Sole; paternal grandfather, Everett Redmond; paternal grandmother, Neva Scritchfield; paternal grandparents, James and Elizabeth Marshall Paige; and an aunt, Joyce "Dee Dee" Steele.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred, WV from 6-9 PM Monday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 2:00 PM Tuesday with the Bishop Blaine Fike officiating. Interment will follow in the Shriver Cemetery near Hundred.
