RODNEY W. TENNANT
Rodney W. Tennant, 65, of Jakes Run, died Thursday, December 13, 2018 at his residence.
He was born November 1, 1953 at Fairmont, a son of the late Donley Ray Tennant and Roxie Williams Tennant.
Rodney was a retired coal miner having last worked as a rotary dump operator. He was a member of the Morgantown Moose #264.
Surviving is his wife, Pamela Kay Panrell Tennant to whom he had been married for 46 years; two sons and their spouses, Joseph Tennant and his wife Denise of Fairmont and Stephen Tennant of Jakes Run; one daughter, Nicki Tennant of Jakes Run; two brothers and their spouses, Billy Ray Tennant and his wife Brenda of Mooresville and Randy Tennant of Daybrook; one sister, Roxanna Cahill and her husband Mike of Norfolk, VA; and grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen as his method of disposition. A memorial service will be held next summer.
The Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville, WV is in charge of arrangements.
