Ruby Olive Park, 89, of Avalon Court, Waynesburg, PA died Monday, January 15, 2007 in the South West Regional Medical Center in Waynesburg, PA.
She was born May 2, 1917 at Mannington, WV a daughter of the late William H. Cummins and Fannie Harker Cummins.
Ruby was a homemaker and was Methodist by faith.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews including, Shirley Ann Park Neece, William Frank Park, Beverly June Strickland, James P. Stemple, Donald Stemple, James E. Park, Larry Fluharty, Gary Fluharty, Terry Hathaway, and Norma Hayes.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Reason Earl Park, who died on June 22, 1998, three sisters, and her sister-in-law, Kate Park.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville from 4-7 PM Tuesday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM Wednesday with the Rev. Chester Tennant officiating. Interment will follow in the Blacksville Cemetery.
