Ruth Ebert, 83, of Littleton, WV died Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at her son’s home in Littleton.
She was born December 5, 1932 at Laurel Run in Marshall County, a daughter of the late Homer Wade and Carrie Gorby Wade.
Mrs. Ebert was a homemaker and a member of the Littleton Church of God.
Surviving are her husband, Joseph Ebert, a resident of the New Martinsville Health Care Center; five sons, William Tedrow, Arthur Tedrow, Ralph Tedrow, and Sherrill Tedrow, all of Littleton; and James Lee Tedrow of North Benton, Ohio; one brother, Adam Wade, a resident of the Cameron Continuous Care Cener; four sisters, Martha Tedrow of New Martinsville, Alice Sapp of Littleton, Carol Sapp of Morgantown, and Marie Sapp of Hilltop; twenty seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, William Junior Tedrow; one daughter, Linda Koontz; one son, Gary Lynn Tedrow; three grandsons, James L. Tedrow, Jr, Thomas Tedrow, and Taylor Tedrow; and six brothers, Edward Wade, Elmer Wade, Raymond Wade, Chester Wade, Logan Wade, and George Wade.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 6-8 PM Friday.Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM Saturday.Interment will follow in the Wade Cemetery near Littleton.
