Thomas E. Smith, 61, of Fairmont, died Monday, February 4, 2013 in the Mapleshire Nursing Home in Morgantown.
He was born May 4, 1951 at Sewickley, PA, a son of the late Carl Johnson Smith and Mildred Six Smith.
Mr. Smith was an iron worker.
Surviving are two sons, Jeremy Chad Smith of Waynesburg, PA and Thomas S. Smith of Spraggs, PA; and one grandson.
Mr. Smith was cremated and there will be no services.
The Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred is in charge of arrangements.
