Wanda M. Cross, 75, of New Freeport, PA died Monday, March 24, 2014 in the Rolling Meadows Nursing Home in Waynesburg, PA.
She was born July 29, 1938 at Hundred, WV, a daughter of the late Dutchie Cross and Myrtle Lancaster Cross.
Ms. Cross was a homemaker. She was a member of the New Freeport Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxillary. She loved canning vegetables, loved country music, and her pet dog, Tobie.
Wanda attended the Grandview United Methodist Church at Garrison, PA.
Surviving are one brother, Alvin "Buck" Cross and his signifigant other, Ruth Wise, of New Freeport, PA.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred, WV from 6-9 PM Thursday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM Friday with Pastor Wayne Cross officiating. Interment will follow in the Sancho Cemetery near Hundred.
