WILBUR GLENN TENNANT

          Wilbur Glenn Tennant, 86, of Mooresville, died Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at his residence.

          He was born November 18, 1938 at Mt. Morris, PA, a son of the late Roy S. Tennant and Margaret Spitznogle Tennant.

          Mr. Tennant worked as a welder/machinist.  He was a veteran of the United States Army.

          He attended the Jakes Run Assembly of God church for many years.

          Surviving is his wife, Mona Tennant Tennant; one son and his wife, Kevin Tennant and his wife Amber of Fairmont; one daughter, Misty Lynn Hartman of Morgantown; two brothers and their spouses, Larry Tennant and his wife Judy of Pentress and Allen Dale Tennant and his wife Donna also of Pentress; and two grand-children, Frederick Hartman and Mackenzie Grace Tennant.

          In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Fred Hartman.

          Mr. Tennant will not have a public viewing or funeral.  All services will be private for the family and he will be buried in the Olive Cemetery at Pentress.

          The Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville is in charge of arrangements.
