William A. Stottlemire, 78, of Wileyville, WV died Saturday, December 14, 2002 in the Wetzel County Hospital in New Martinsville, WV.
He was born March 22, 1924 at Littleton, WV a son of the late Charles Stottlemire and Bessie Haines Stottlemire.
Mr. Stottlemire was a retired general laborer from Weirton Steel.He was a protestant by faith.
Surviving are one sister, Wanda Garrison of Wileyville; a brother, Bennie Stottlemire of Bethany and a half brother, Albert Stottlemire of Littleton; nieces and nephews including, Wilma Morris of Wileyville, Mary Jane Cain of New Jersey, Olen Gorby of Florida, Garnet Butcher of Shinnston, Henry Stottlemire of Metz and Frank Stottlemire, Darlene Miller and Leah Cork all of Littleton; numerous great nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Homer F. Stottlemire.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 7-9 PM Monday.Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM Tuesday with the Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating.Interment will follow in the Anderson-Bethel Cemetery near Littleton.
