William T. Stiles, 86, of Hundred, died Friday, February 21, 2014 at his residence.
He was born March 24, 1927 at Hundred, a son of the late Charles Stiles and Mary Stiles Stiles.
Mr. Stiles was a retired driller from the oil and gas fields.
He was a United States Army veteran having served during the Korean War.
Bill was a member of the Bristoria Baptist Church of Bristoria, PA.
Surviving are his wife, Viola Shirlene Morris Stiles; two sons, Charles Stiles and Michael Stiles, both of Hundred; one brother, Gary Stiles of Blacksville; his great-aunt, Margaret Grimes of Moundsville; and two grandchildren, Devon Kimble and Austin Stiles.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Thelma Maxwell and Wilma Henderson, and one brother Charles G. Stiles.
Bill was a wonderful man and will be missed by all who knew him. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 6-8 PM Sunday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 AM Monday with Pastor Gary Crawford officiating. Interment will follow in the Eakin Cemetery near Jollytown, PA.
